  The 23 year old electronic musician, producer and DJ; Tobias Hjørnet Pedersen aka Beastie Respond readies his debut album Fictitious Nostalgia for Teal Recordings. The LP is due for release in May 2013. In February he released Fictitious Nostalgia Album Sampler, which should give you a taste of what to expect from the album.
  
  The LP is characterised by an evocative sound that moves between the melodic and experimental, with a constant rhythmical focus. Throughout the 9 tracks of the album, the music floats between modern electronic music and a sound aesthetic that refers to the funk, pop and rock sound of the 80’s. The music points in different directions but the overall coherence of the sound is never compromised.
